My product is Maxidas DS780 ... when i connect with car its not supprted. shows tester not communicating with control unit & In OBD11 V3.35 Shows LINKING ERROR .... 4 days age everething was ok now we can't operate.

I assume a broken cable or defective connector.
For the cable you can use a 15 pin joystick extension from the PC shop.
Connector you have to by from ????

but i can operated 2005 x filter car, toyota brand & even some other cars what are below 2005 model ...
can u give a solution plz ... product serial DS026Q016600, update period expired in 2014.
